When to Ask for Help?
If you start to not feel good about doing your regular stuff like hanging out with friends, playing on your sports team, making good grades in school, eating when you’re hungry, have negative thoughts — it’s time to talk to an adult that you trust.
You are not alone, there is always someone that you can trust in your life to help you when you are not feeling well. Try talking to you your parents, other family members, school counselor, nurse, school resource officer, coach, teacher, youth minister. The important thing is that you tell someone how you’re feeling right away so they can get help for you.
