About

I chose teen mental health because it became an extremely important topic during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, due to the stigma of the term "mental health" the rate of teens needing assistance is still rising. As teens we are introduced to sports, clubs, and other activities that focus on physical health, but that is only a small part of what we need to be great at school and in life overall.

Depression and anxiety often appear in teens as poor grades or attitudes, missing class, or other inappropriate behavior. Many times teens or adults don't notice these changes in behavior until its too late. To change the conversation on mental health we all have to educate ourselves so we can help each other. My goal is that this website teaches you some new ways to focus on mental health and to help friends and family. Also, to teach teens that they "are enough". To not allow peer pressure, bullying, social media define them.

You are Enough -- We are Enough ---I Am Enough!
